My 5th grader had been doing Skills Sharpener Geography since 3rd grade. It’s engaging with colorful picture, fun facts, activity sheet and hands-on projects. Even the writing portion , loves to complete them even though it’s optional.

Solid Workbook

This is a solid workbook with good graphics and a logical design. It's interesting enough to hold my child's attention and is excellent to turn to when I need to work with another student and can't be right there teaching this kiddo.

Colorful pictures, just not engaging for my kids

Nice supplement for Geography concepts

I am a huge fan of geography and my children have become huge fans as well. However, I've mostly focused on them learning world countries, capitals, landmarks, etc. I loved how this beautiful book added concepts that I wasn't teaching myself in a very friendly format. My son never complained about this book!
