Timberdoodle's review
Brain-building Puzzles Your Child Will Devour
Donít leave their brains half-baked! With Smart Cookies your child will be learning to think logically as he devours 64 brain-building puzzles offered up in a yummy cookie format.

Develop Reasoning Skills in Snack-sized Bites
Using visual clues and some fundamental logic principles, your child will be asked to place Smart Cookiesí nine delectable treats on the tray. New concepts are introduced in a measured manner, each additional snack-sized concept requiring your child to use more complex reasoning skills. As he progresses through eight levels of deductive logic, he will develop and strengthen his reasoning skills while advancing at his own pace.

64 Calorie-free Cookie Puzzles
Sixty-four calorie-free puzzles make Smart Cookies an excellent hands-on introduction to logic. Smart Cookies includes nine cookies (in three shapes and three flavors/colors), playing board, a booklet that includes the 64 puzzles and their solutions, and an instruction booklet. Recommended for ages six and up, but with help a child as young as four would benefit from the skills taught in Smart Cookies.

    Fun October 6, 2015

My kids really love this game. My 5 year old likes to work on the challenges, whereas my 4 year old prefers free play- but occasionally he'll try out a challenge. There is great variance in the difficulty level, so hopefully the kids won't outgrow it too quickly either. Pieces seem to be of good quality.

This is one of the many great games offered by Timberdoodle that get kids to work on their critical thinking skills while playing. My son loves this game!

This game is very similar August 14, 2014
    Reviewer: Jane G.
This game is very similar in strategy to the mind benders workbook, a simple process of elimination in a 3x3 pundit square. The first level is very straight forward, introducing the child to the symbology by just putting the cookies in the correct boxes. The second level starts to require some deductions. My 7 and 5 year old enjoyed the novelty of the cookies, but they both needed a little oversight with their first rounds. I think it will be a good little game to play occasionally during the year, but it does get a little repetitive after a few minutes. It is nice that a child doesn't need to read, as the guide is strictly pictorial, as it's a problem with the mind benders work book.
