Timberdoodle's review

Q-bitz Solo
Q-bitz is a magnificent visual agility game that will never lose its fascination. With twenty pattern cards and sixteen cubes, players recreate the patterns as quickly as possible.

Varying Levels of Difficulty
From matching the card shown to having ten seconds to study a card and then remaking the pattern from memory, each variation of these fast-paced rounds requires a different set of visual and cerebral skills.

An Exceptional Thinking Skill Challenge
But Q-bitz does not have to be played as a game. The cards and cubes can also be used as an exceptional thinking skill challenge for children or adults. Brilliant!

Single Player Version
Q-bitz Solo is the new single player version of the original Q-bitz and includes twenty pattern cards, a wooden tray, a set of sixteen cubes, and instructions.

Another outstanding component of Timberdoodle's 2016 Second-Grade Curriculum Kit!

Produced by MindWare, an award-winning creator, manufacturer, and around-the-globe distributor of brainy toys for kids of all ages, Q-bitz Solo is recommended for anyone who knows not to swallow the cubes.

Great puzzles. The four sided November 17, 2015
    Reviewer: Sarah S.
Great puzzles. The four sided dice make it a different challange than the shape puzzles. I use it for logic puzzles for home school and as visual therapy for my two kids with dyslexia.

Simple and Challenging March 9, 2015
    Reviewer: Stephanie J.
My 6 year old has surprised me with his ability to complete these puzzles. It is simple if you take it one cube at a time and after I convinced him of that he took off with it on his own. He enjoys doing this and he usually does two puzzle cards in a row. I am pleased with this game as I believe it has built some self confidence in my son.

Great solo or as an addition February 6, 2015
    Reviewer: Angie
Got this for my sons stocking to add to the Q-bitz game. He plays it alone and gets excited when he finishes on his own. Helps see visual puzzles with space. He thinks he's playing a game, I know he's learning. A great add on to involve more players to the original game too!

Critical thinking game January 17, 2015
    Reviewer: Melissa W.
Our son has really enjoyed this game from day one. He loves a good challenge and something to keep him preoccupied when time is dragging during any kind of wait. I love that it's compact! Our 3-year-old daughter even plays with this game a bit so we will definitely back for more.

Hard at first, but persistence paid off! September 8, 2014
    Reviewer: Liz M.
We tried this on the first day of 2nd grade and it ended in tears because she thought it was too hard. Slowly, after talking about perseverance, she figured it out and was quite proud of herself. We keep it by the kitchen table and pull it out while she's waiting for lunch or supper to be served.
