Not Like Conventional Dot-to-Dots

Both your child's left and right brains will be exercised as he works to complete puzzles with 500 to over 1,800 dots. Some puzzles even cover a two-page spread - definitely not for the faint-hearted.

Not Just for Children
And not just for children. Many adults, myself included, find these books both provoking and relaxing, a treat for sluggish minds and weary bodies. 32 puzzles per book.

Forget the kids! March 1, 2017
Reviewer: Liz Pomeroy from Drury, MO United States
Forget the kids, I LOVE this book! I'm sure I'm not the only mother who, at times, needs to sit by their child whilst they are working not necessarily to tutor them but to make sure they keep on track etc. In times like these I have found a reading book is pointless as I end up reading the same paragraph 10 times! Technology is a "no, no" as it is too distracting for the child. So welcome Extreme Dot to Dot. Challenging, but can be stopped and started. I enjoy coloring the finished picture in also. The designs are definitely for older children due to the intricacies. It helps to not always draw straight lines but curve them. By looking ahead you can usually figure out which way the curve should go. Of course, if our older kids want to do one I will share.
Solutions provided at the end of the book (completed picture) PLUS details on the animal so it is very educational. Don't look at this first though. See how long it takes you to guess what the animal is going to be as you join the dots.

Excellent quality puzzles! January 14, 2013
    Reviewer: Marmee to 12
We really like these puzzles! They are very detailed, 1 and 2 page spreads and the designs are wonderful. My children like to do these puzzle books on long car trips and when I am reading aloud. I think the age rating for the animals book is quite appropriate (a couple of the other books are a bit more complex) . It can be difficult to see the design as it is taking shape, but there are small, black-and-white pictures of the finished project if you need help. They look best if you color them after you finish them. Definitely a cut above the typical dot-to-dot book!

Challenging, but lots of fun January 14, 2013
    Reviewer: Homeschool mom
I purchased this book for my 8 year old and 9 year old sons this year. Both my kids love animals so I thought they would like the challenge of these dot-to-dot pages. My oldest son loves to try and guess each animal. He likes to see a project finished so he tends to stick with the dot-to-dots, despite some brief moments of frustration as he searches for a seemingly elusive number. My younger son does not have the patience for the challenge and complexity of the dot-to-dots. He will get through about number 150 and want to be finished. Perhaps he will be more interested next year.

    Awesome animal dot-to-dots May 31, 2012
    Reviewer: Luvnchrsh
We bought this for our 10 year old son. He loves dot-to-dots. He spent many hours working on these. In fact, it looked like so much fun I would often find myself hovering over him wanting to do them myself. There are so many in the book to choose from. Definitely a great buy!

And I thought dot-to-dot was for little ones! October 10, 2011
Reviewer: Jessica Hudson from Ellensburg, WA United States
My older (4th grade and up) children LOVE these Extreme Dot to Dot Animals books!  They take them in car rides and ask to do them to unwind from regular school work.  They are so fun because, unlike simpler dot to dot puzzles, you really can't tell what they are going to be so the curiosity builds as they push on to "reveal" the animal.  (I may have been known to sneak in a puzzle when no one was looking :)
