Your order has been thoroughly inspected and carefully packed, and we hope your family is delighted with our unique products. However, being realists we know that occasionally returns have to be made. We will gladly accept returns for 60 days after the date on your invoice. If you need to make a return, just follow these five easy steps:
1. Check that the item is still in new condition. (Opened shrink wrap is fine - but no scratched CD's or banged-up books. Any returns which arrive here damaged will not receive a full refund.)
2. Fill out this return form completely. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to email or call us.
3. Pack the items and this paperwork in a sturdy shipping box; not an envelope. Again, items which arrive here damaged will not receive a full refund, so pack your return carefully.
4. Place the return authorization label (at the bottom of your invoice) on the outside of your box. Address your package to our returns department at the address below. (Or cut out that label and tape it onto your box.)
5. Ship the items to us within 60 days of the date on your invoice. Please allow up to 6 weeks for processing your return.
