As soon as we receive your call, order form, fax, or on-line order, we leap into action. Every fulfillable order received before noon pst is processed that day, and leaves our warehouse within 1 business day. |
| When will my order arrive? |

This depends on where you live and how
you ship the order. Our shipping methods are:
Economy Shipping - Officially, it can take 7-14 days for delivery. However, we have seen packages arrive in as little as 2-5 days (no promises!)
USPS
Media Mail (books & software only) 7-14 days for delivery.
Priority Postal - 2-3 days for delivery
UPS 3-Day - 3 days for delivery
USPS Priority Mail International - 7-21 days for delivery (International can vary greatly depending on the country)

If your order total is $120 or more we will ship it free to any UPS deliverable address in the 48 contiguous states! This offer applies to items that are in stock only - no backorders, but if you like, we will hold your order until we can ship it complete. Prepaid internet orders under $120 now pay only $4.95 shipping! We'll need a shipping address in the lower 48 United States that is deliverable by either UPS or the Postal Service (we get to pick the shipping method). Most orders ship within 24 hours, and will arrive within 7-10 shipping days depending on your location (excludes weekends and holidays).
- Excludes orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, military, foreign, or other addresses which are not delivered by UPS Ground (see Media Mail and Priority Mail option below).

USPS rates are calculated for online orders as an estimation of actual shipping costs based on zip code, country, product weights, and Postal rates. Please note this differs from our rates for mailed and phoned in orders.
Any order to any address with a US Postal Zip Code qualifies for Priority Mail shipping. This includes addresses in all 50 states, and overseas military addresses that use a zip code.
Orders received before noon pst are typically processed the same day and shipped the next business day. Please note that we are closed Saturday, and Sunday so all orders received after noon pst on Friday are processed the following Monday.

| 2nd Day and 3 Day Select shipping |

Choose either 2nd Day or 3 Day delivery and your order will be shipped UPS. Delivery is guaranteed within two or three business days to every U.S. address in the 48 contiguous states. Please keep in mind that the day an order ships does not count as a shipping day. For example, if an order ships on a Monday, going UPS 3 Day Select, it is guarateed to arrive on Thursday of the same week. Saturday and Sunday are not business days.

| Priority Mail International |

All orders shipped outside the US (that do not use a USPS zip code) are shipped via Priority Mail International. Again, the shipping charges are calculated as close to real cost as we can based on product weights, destination, and international postal rates. Although most international orders ship within one business day, actual shipping time can vary depending on the destination, as it relies not only on transit time out of the US, but also within the destination country. | What is the return policy? |

Your order has been thoroughly inspected and carefully packed, and we hope your family is delighted with our unique products. However, being realists we know that occasionally returns have to be made. We will gladly accept returns for 60 days after the date on your invoice. If you need to make a return, just follow these five easy steps...
1. Check that the item is still in new condition. (Opened shrink wrap is fine but no scratched CD's or banged-up books. Any returns which arrive here damaged will not receive a full refund.)
2. Fill out this return form completely. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to email or call us.
3. Pack the items and this paperwork in a sturdy shipping box; not an envelope. Again, items which arrive here damaged will not receive a full refund, so pack your return carefully.
4. Place the return authorization label (at the bottom of your invoice) on the outside of your box. Address your package to our returns department at the address below. (Or cut out that label and tape it onto your box.)
5. Ship the items to us within 60 days of the date on your invoice. Please allow up to 6 weeks for processing your return. |
