| How do I create an account? |

1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site. 2) Enter your email address. 3) Select "I am a new customer".
Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information. |
| How do I edit my account information? |

Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information. |
| How much is my shipping? |

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. |
| I forgot my password. |

Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password. |
| How do I return my product? |

| I received the wrong product. |

If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product. |
| What is your return policy? |

Your order has been thoroughly inspected and carefully packed, and we hope your family is delighted with our unique products. However, being realists we know that occasionally returns have to be made. We will gladly accept returns for 60 days after the date on your invoice. If you need to make a return, just follow these five easy steps…
1. Check that the item is still in new condition. (Opened shrink wrap is fine – but no scratched CD's or banged-up books. Any returns which arrive here damaged will not receive a full refund.)
2. Fill out this return form completely. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to email or call us.
3. Pack the items and this paperwork in a sturdy shipping box; not an envelope. Again, items which arrive here damaged will not receive a full refund, so pack your return carefully.
4. Place the return authorization label (at the bottom of your invoice) on the outside of your box. Address your package to our returns department at the address below. (Or cut out that label and tape it onto your box.)
5. Ship the items to us within 60 days of the date on your invoice. Please allow up to 6 weeks for processing your return. |

You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment. |
