It is first and foremost a history text that attempts to include all significant historical and cultural accounts. If you are a conservative Christian, you may want to opt out of a couple of activities. And where you find details with Biblical references that are inaccurate because of sparseness, use this opportunity to interject more of His story. Bible history is best taught with a Bible so we encourage your family to read through the Bible every year. These are very minor issues that are easily addressed and shouldn't keep you from this overall excellent program.
