White House 3-D Model
While it has 132 rooms, 35 bathrooms, and 3 elevators in the residence, the White House is much more than just its floor-plan. Out of the nine options proposed for the "President's House," architect James Hoban's design won, and construction began in 1792.

A Hands-on Way to Learn
Interestingly, the six-level White House was the largest residence in the United States until after the Civil War, with its 412 doors, 147 windows, and 8 staircases. If you are looking for a fun family project or a hands-on way to learn about the White House, you are sure to enjoy this model.

    Nice 3-D Model January 14, 2013
    Reviewer: LeAnnG
I purchased this White House 3-D kit for my 8 year old. I loved the idea of helping him learn more about the White House through hands-on activities. The kit contained everything we needed to make the project. The pieces were of a good size and quality, especially for the reasonable price. It took my son about an hour and his attention was kept the entire time. He was very proud of his accomplishment and still has the model in his room.

My son loves history and building models.  This product is a great combination of the two!  Sturdy model is easy to put together without messy glue or scissors, and does not fall apart as soon as you get it together.  It is amazing how detailed this is.  I recommend this product!
