A Clever New Puzzle Design
Clever! Just when you think there are no new ways to craft a United States jigsaw puzzle, someone proves you wrong. In this case, it is the same company which produces the widely popular 600-piece Global Puzzle. Now they are unveiling their new 500-piece United States Puzzle.

Tremendously Effective Way to Teach US Geography
Clearly, there is more to USA geography than just the location of each state, but nothing is more fundamental. If you are looking for a tremendously effective way to teach the geography of the United States, you'll want The United States Puzzle by A Broader View.

Distinctive Features Make This Puzzle Unique and Challenging
What makes the United States Puzzle so distinctive? First, the United States Puzzle is in fact shaped like the United States, with all its beautiful contours. If you have only experienced puzzles with straight edges, you are in for a treat. Second, each state is a puzzle in itself; for example, the state of Washington is made of eight pieces, those pieces together forming the actual shape of Washington. Finally, a surprising bonus is that each state is overlaid with its own symbolic flag. These features help make the 500-piece United States Puzzle just the challenge your family has been looking for!

  • Completed puzzle size 30" x 20" inches
  • All 50 States, Capitals and State Flags
  • 500 pieces altogether

It is a hard puzzle but it is fun because I don't have to do any school while I am putting the puzzle together.

    Excellent puzzle! September 13, 2016

My nine year old daughter recently asked me if Colorado was in Canada. Ooops. Homeschool mom fail. haha! Puzzles to the rescue!  My fifth grader, fourth grader, and second grader all enjoyed putting this together. They even got into a rhythm where one would sort pieces into states, one would piece together a state, and the third would take the different states and put them together with the edge pieces. Fun again and again.... also, there are lots of little details on the state to give you ideas of what to research and talk about what you might find if you visited!

Even Highschoolers Loved It! January 25, 2014
    Reviewer: Carol P.
My Highschoolers love US History, so I got this for a Christmas gift. Even Mom was invited to put it together, and we had a great time! The fact that the puzzle pieces form the shape of each state is great subliminal reinforcement. ;)

Next level USA puzzle September 18, 2013
    Reviewer: Gina Mac
My children have had puzzles of the United States since they were toddlers. They haven't touched them for years, but this one captivated all of my girls (ages 9-17). Since each state is its own miniature puzzle, there was satisfaction along the way of completing a 500-piece puzzle. I didn't force any additional education beyond completing the puzzle, but I feel there is so much to be learned by studying the state flags, so I'm sure we'll pull this puzzle out repeatedly. I love this product. The only reason it lost a star is that many of the pieces were together when I purchased it. They were not cut well enough to separate without damaging the pieces. After attempting to gently separate the pieces, I used a knife to cut the pieces, following the lines on the front of the puzzle. Because of that, a few are not a perfect fit.
