Sturdy Birdy is a fun and challenging game for my 3 and 5 year old.  My five year old has some developmental delays that give her problems with processing and balance.  This game is great for both.  Not only does she have to copy the bird's poses on the fun and colorful cards, but she has to balance to hold those poses.  Neither of my children are able to hold the poses with the bean bags on their heads yet.  We have modified it to fit their needs, so we just balance the bean bags on our heads or shoulders while taking a few steps, moving our heads above our heads or other simpler tasks than what is expected on the cards.  The dice that come with this set are specific to this game and have extra movements depicted to "challenge" the poses.  I would recommend this game.
