I'm impressed! August 27, 2009
Reviewer: Sarah from India
These puzzles looked wonderful online, but I wondered whether the country-shaped puzzle pieces would stay interlocked or whether it would be a continual frustration.  I've been so impressed, though. They really tay in place well. The pieces are coated with a durable material that will stand up to heavy use. My girls (7 and 5) are learning quickly!

Awsome! August 17, 2009
Reviewer: Janina S. from Chicago, IL United States
My 2.5 year old cannot get enough of the 5 puzzles.  He does them efficiently, over and over again.  One will often catch him saying:  "It is mine", meaning "I want to do it all by my self.  Keep out."  I highly recommend the puzzles as a learning tool and as a means to work on the fine motor skills.

Africa Was A Hit! August 17, 2009
Reviewer: Julie T. from York, PA
I purchased the Geopuzzles to add some hands-on fun into our daily learning.  Wow!  This was a hit! AND not only for my children, but everyone who came into our home when a Geopuzzle was out! You certainly don't need to homeschool nor do you need to be a kid to enjoy it!

Even younger children enjoyed these puzzles. November 5, 2008
Reviewer: Lisa T. from Thunder Bay ON
We like the way these puzzles pieces each represent a country. Even younger children enjoyed these puzzles. We used these puzzles to help us learn to draw a map of the continents

"Success!" for high tactile learners October 20, 2008
Reviewer: Jill W. from Free Soil, MI
Last year, while studying the continent of Europe, I purchased the Europe Geopuzzle from Timberdoodle.  I chose this puzzle because the individual countries of Europe are not simply labeled on the puzzle but cut to the shape of each specific country.  This, to me, seemed to shout "Success!" for high tactile learners.  I was not disappointed!  In our family of seven children, I was teaching four last year.  It was not my fifth or fourth graders that learned Europe's countries well, but my second grader.  Why?  It was she who had been assigned the Geopuzzle during our unit.  I was amazed when she began answering my questions about Europe's countries, leaving her older brother and sister in the dust.  "Where did you learn these?" I inquired.  "From the puzzle, Mom," was her answer.  Even though the Geopuzzle had only been assigned occasionally, it was enough to cement Europe in her brain.  Thanks, Timberdoodle, for introducing our family to the Geopuzzles.

My 5 & 7 year olds eagerly do these puzzles October 20, 2008
Reviewer: Christine W. from Ford City, PA
Geopuzzles are a fantastic way for kids to learn geography.  They are fun, interactive, and the kids do all of the work and learning themselves!  My kids age 5 and 7 will eagerly put the puzzles together and ask each other for pieces by naming the countries.

My kids show a remarkable increased knowledge October 20, 2008
Reviewer: Rhoda M. from Portland, OR
The Geopuzzles are so great for elementary kids.  They are simple maps, which don't sacrifice accuracy.  The pieces are shaped like the countries, as much as possible.  My 5 and 8 year old kids have been using the Asia puzzle over and over again about 3 times a week for the past month, as an introduction to our lesson on Asian geography.  They love doing it, talk about the various countries as they put them in, and have demonstrated a remarkable increased knowledge of country placement and size simply from this activity.  Sometimes, I read from the Missionary Heroism book (Lambert), about a missionary to Asia, while they are completing the puzzle.  This is such an easy way to get children recognizing countries and oceans in a region.  I highly recommend it!

HE begged to do the puzzle. October 20, 2008
Reviewer: Dana W. from Bowie, MD
This helped my son get an 90% on his Europe geography test.  The only reason he didn't get it perfect was because I ordered it to late in the year.  Buy early for the Area being studied.  HE begged to do the puzzle.  I bought another one this year and will own them all.

They have very little information October 17, 2008
Reviewer: Lynda G. from Corrales,
My son has an interest in geography and enjoys puzzles. I felt misled regarding these products. They have very little information, no physical features and very little political map basics like divisions within the countries, large cities, etc. Nice as a quick study break but pretty useless educationally.
