You Explore It – Human Body is a set that will provide years of value to any home school family. Your youngest will love using the enclosed forceps and tweezers to move the gooey organs to the labeled "Organ-izer". As he manipulates the squishy organs your child will gain a rudimentary knowledge of his anatomy. A slightly older child will move beyond the human body model and spend hours studying the photographs of the real organs and the detailed illustrations. And your oldest child will find the thirty-two page, fully illustrated book both a mesmerizing overview of the human body and a ready reference to questions concerning his skeletal, vascular, and muscular systems, as well as his vital organs. I have yet to see anyone pick up this set without immediately becoming engrossed with its contents. While there is nothing said about the reproductive system, there are a couple references to how our bodies deal with waste. Although the information is equally intriguing, the language is not as refined as I would prefer. You Explore It – Human Body includes a twelve-inch plastic human body model; twenty-one removable body parts, including bones and muscles; and nine gooey vital organs.
