Watch a Video Review of Learning Resource's Primary Science Kit!

Learning Resources Primary Science Kit
We were smitten the first time we saw Learning Resources Primary Science Kit, and apparently we weren't the only ones. Winner of the Oppenheim Toy Portfolio 2010 Gold Seal Award, Primary Science Kit is a collection of ten durable, plastic, easy-to-grip replicas of real-life science-lab tools.

Preschooler-Sized Lab Tools
Sized just right for smaller, clumsier hands, this award-winning collection is not just for play. Each chunky tool actually works; tiny bugs are magnified, measurement markers are accurate, and the sturdy tweezers add a dimension that less extensive sets leave out.

Ten Easy-to-follow Experiments
The ten colorful, double-sided activity cards encourage scientific inquiry and curiosity. Your children will have a blast pouring, mixing, combining, and measuring their concoctions.

Includes:
Learning Resources Primary Science Kit includes a durable, unbreakable beaker; a magnifying glass; a funnel; an eyedropper; a flask; tweezers; goggles; a large 6" test tube and stand; two small test tubes with lids and stand; plus activity cards. This is the perfect science kit for preschoolers!

Another outstanding component of Timberdoodle's 2016 Preschool Curriculum Kit!

Big Science for Little Hands! Twelve-piece set with ten easy-to-follow experiments.

A Huge Hit for our little budding scientist June 9, 2016
Reviewer: Kris Church-DiCiccio from Waynesboro, VA United States
If I could rate this as 10 stars instead of 5, I would! This  science set has been a huge hit. Our little budding scientist loves trying out new experiments each week during our "science lab".  It's a perfect set for preschoolers.

So cool! August 29, 2014

My 2.5 year old loves it! She always wants to do a science experiment now, loves wearing the goggles, and concentrating on the important work. I imagine a wide variety of age groups would enjoy this and get a lot out of it.

Pleasecan I play science January 14, 2013
Reviewer: aawzmom
My preschooler absolutely loves this kit. After we went though the experiment cards, this kit became a favorite activity. I fill up some of the beakers with colored water and let all the kids have a ball mixing and pouring. We have had this kit for over a year and it had withheld major playtime.

There are only 10 experiment cards, but if you look on the company website, you can print 10 additional experiment cards.

Our Favorite!!! May 31, 2012
Reviewer: LA HS Mom of 3
I purchased this set for my 3 year old. I do not know who enjoys it more...me or her!!! We haven't done any of the experiements from the cards that are included in the set because my daughter just wants to mix colored water. I put a drop of 3 different bottles of food coloring into the test tubes and fill the beaker with water. She puts on her googles and gets busy mixing her "chemicals" and I can't resist pulling out the camera and taking tons of pictures. This has to be the cutest educational toy I have ever seen!!!!
