ROBOTIS OLLO Inventor
When a US university uses the OLLO Inventor system to teach summer students how to program microcontrollers and sensors (sound, near-infrared light and touch) and explore wireless communications and controls, homeschool parents sit up and take notice. If your child has completed the 12-week OLLO Explorer course, he is ready for the more advanced topics in OLLO Inventor. OLLO Inventor provides your child with a curriculum which includes programming, use of sensors, wireless control and lots of fun.
OLLO Inventor Kit's detailed workbook and corresponding robot assignments will help your child to learn basic concepts, understand applied principles, and answer design questions. Your child will learn while building, which is the best way to cement new information, and the most enjoyable way for most children.
Through a series of twelve projects, your child will improve his robot-building and logical-mathematical skills, and get a better understanding of design and construction of robots.
OLLO Inventor Expansion Set is an add-on to the OLLO Explorer Kit so you will also need the OLLO Explorer pieces to make all the robots. OLLO Inventor Kit includes servo motors, IR sensors, touch sensors, an LED module, and a USB downloader which can download the files to the controller. Detailed workbook and the software CD are also included. For ages ten and older.
