Timberdoodle's review Learn more

This one book explains the objectives of all the workbooks. Although the actual workbook pages have no explanations on them, most lessons can be done intuitively. However a few will be perplexing.

This is an inexpensive and thorough book with lesson plans and teaching suggestions for all six of the above books, but only the answers to the most difficult or complex problems are provided. However, so many moms have found themselves putting in a rush order for this book, that we hesitate to say you will not need it.

My son loves these books November 5, 2008
Reviewer: Rebecca L. from Lehi, Utah
My last son just started on these books and he loves them.  Even on non-school days he wants to do his math.  My other sons liked this program fairly well.  They weren't as excited about it as my youngest son but they liked it better than some of the other programs we tried. I have even learned some new things from the Lab Sheet Annotations!

Helped my kids! October 17, 2008
Reviewer: Tina H. from Oxford, AL
Miquon Math teaches mathematical concepts in a way that encourages understanding of advanced concepts from a young age.  My son began understanding multiplication, fractions, and even division on a simple level as early as first grade, and has breezed through math at an accelerated pace ever since.  My daughter, who is not as mathematically inclined, is able to understand concepts that had her confused on another math program using these books, Cuisenaire rods, and a math balance.
