Timberdoodle's review   This item is sold out and no longer available from Timberdoodle Co. Horsey Hopper Hopping Balls disguised as horses? What a marvelous idea! Most sensible city-bound children that have pined for a horse would readily settled for a Horsey Hopper. Made to take the weight of an adult, even I was ready to saddle-up and take a lap with one. However brilliant the idea, they forgot one key element in the execution. When the durable rubber ball is fully inflated and the Horsey Hopper Cover is placed over the hand grips, everything looks great. But when an adult begins to hop on it, the ball compresses, which forces the cover to stretch to the new shorter, wider stance and therein is the problem. The manufacture did not use stretchy material and on one of the horses we demoed a small tear occurred in a seam. Their solution? Don't inflate the ball so much. We tried that and they were right, the cover worked fine. But that's not really unacceptable to us. We know that in many families kids are all over the map as far as weight. Our preference would have been to sell an item the entire family could enjoy without stepping on the scales. Two Horses! So there you have it, if the jockey is under 120 pounds, this is a wonderful deal. If the jockey is over 120 pounds, you may have some tearing at the seams. Or you could also toss the cover, and you will have a great value on two very sturdy hopping balls. Altogether you will receive two 26" tall Hoppers, a foot pump so you can add air as needed, 2 Horse covers with soft stuffed heads and fuzzy tails, 2 jockey hats, 1 winners flag and 1 whistle.
