Timberdoodle's review
Build Beautiful Mosaics
Pegboards are one of those childhood necessities. They promote essential fine motor skills and eye-hand coordination.

Not Your Standard Pegboard
But with Quercetti's Fanta Color Jr, your child can accomplish so much more. From color matching and replicating patterns to the development of logical thinking, Fanta Color Jr expands basic pegboard skills into a beginner's mosaic pattern building set.

Tiny Tots Create And Replicate Pictures
Toddlers compose their first beautiful mosaics by inserting the 48 oversized, chunky pegs into the transparent board. Or, slide a pattern card with a simple image or abstract pattern under the board and let your child build the likeness or match the pattern with the colored pegs.

Top Quality, A Terrific Value
Quercetti is the Italian maker of quality educational toys that encourages creativity and stimulates intuitive reasoning. Fanta Color Jr includes 48 large unbreakable, PVC-free plastic colored pegs, eight pattern cards (images on both sides - 16 designs), a transparent pegboard, and an ergonomic easel. It packs away neatly into its own case with a convenient handle. For ages 12 months and older.

My 2 Year Old Loves This December 6, 2012
    Reviewer: Rellybob
The moment the box arrived with this in it we played with it. My 2 year old immediately understood the concept of matching the colors, and wanted to do several of the pictures. There were a few times she struggled to put the pegs in, but then she really concentrated and was able to rather quickly. I like how it reinforces colors, promotes motor skills and even creativity for toddlers! I'm very happy with this purchase!

Great for fine motor skills. June 1, 2012

I'm aways looking for products that will help my 9 year old special needs son with his fine motor skills. FantaColor has been great for helping to improve them. He has a hard time getting the pegs in when it is standing up. He has no problems with it laying on the table. The colors don't always match up with the holes right so he needs help with that. It would be great if you could purchase more cards. Overall it's worth the price and it's a fun way to help my child.

Great for 2 and 4 year olds. June 1, 2012

My little boys have really liked this toy. My littlest just turned two and absolutely loves putting all the pegs in. My 4 year old likes doing the color matching. I like that it is a self contained toy- no extra boxes to keep the pieces in. My only complaint is that I wish there were more cards. They don't use the uncolored ones on the back- it would be more fun to have more pictures, but overall it is a great table toy.

Very ingenious toy, fun for 2 yr. old May 31, 2012

This is one of many toys that Timberdoodle carries that has kept my busy, busy boy actually happy and contented for a LONG time. I have actually gotten about 30 minutes out of this toy with my little and trust me when I say this is a VERY long time for my guy. He loves to push the tabs in. Not always in the right place, but just the pushing in and taking out keeps him SO occupied. I also like the built in tray to keep the tabs in and the built in stand for the puzzles. On top of all of that, I love that the puzzle is self-containing and you just snap the puzzle holder part into the base that hold the tabs and you're ready for storage in just about the space that 3 wooden puzzles would take up. It's just slightly larger than that but I have it stored sideways in my wooden puzzle holder rack. Oh, and there's a handle. Little man likes this as do I.

My 3 year old loves it! May 31, 2012
    Reviewer: Judy
My son just turned 3 and I was looking for something quiet he could do while my other children were working on their schoolwork. I also wanted something that he could practice working on his motor skills. This was definitely the right product to buy, he loves it and thinks it's a game. The pieces are big enough for him to grasp easily and it is a challenge for him to fit them in the holes but not to hard that it frustrates him. The colorful pieces keep his attention as he chooses which color to use. I put him on a chair beside me at the kitchen table where my children are working on their schoolwork, that way if they need help I'm able to help them and also "play" Fantacolor Junior with my son. I thought the price was excellent and so is the quality!
