What Our Customers Have To Say

We really appreciate these paper dolls that coordinate with the Story of the World history curriculum that Timberdoodle sells. My daughter loves to rotate between coloring and cutting out the pre-colored one since there is 2 sets in the "book". She enjoys making up stories with the characters in her free time. She remembers the stories that go along with the paper doll figures because of that visual aid. I highly recommend them.

These figures make working through a history textbook more fun as you wait to see if this week/this chapter you get to learn about a moveable paper doll. Making the paper dolls is a great way to practice coloring in the lines and cutting out something from card-stock. My daughter thoroughly enjoys these and likes to make up stories with her collection of put together people from history.

    Fun learning

We love these. My son has done two of this series now and he always looks forward to doing them. Sometimes he gets ahead on weeks where he has more time and can’t wait to show them off to family and friends. He mastered his cutting skills too with these!

    History Comes Alive

These were a fun addition to our history studies. Necessary, no. But definitely helped the kids to engage in the history they were listening to in order to understand the story of the person they were making. Each book has a figure that is colored and one that is not for each person represented - my two children alternated who did the coloring and who did not on different characters; sometimes they wanted the professionally colored one and sometimes they wanted to color so this worked out perfectly!

    Great quality, visually appealing

The paper quality is amazing! We have had no problem assembling the dolls. I love the fact that it comes with a colored in doll and a doll that she can customize with her own colors. She always gets excited to hear the stories that goes along with the dolls. A very cute creative way to remember historical figures.

    Two of Everything

    Hannah B.

My daughters enjoy coloring and cutting out Famous Figures. They take turns with the coloring ones and have quite a collection of them, now. I really like that it coincides with what we are reading in our history, and having a list of who goes with what chapter in the handbook.

They have been such a blessing to have these. While I'm reading the chapter with my kids they are putting together their Character and still listening.
