Evolution: The Grand Experiment, was intimidating when we first received it, due to its size and topic. However, the text is quite readable. My sixth-grader and I read through it together and discussed the concepts. The book should be read slowly. The concept of adaptation was tricky to grasp, but most other ideas were easy for my daughter to comprehend. The author does a fine job presenting the arguments for and against evolution, and then points out the flaws in the evolutionists' positions. After reading the book, we were encouraged by all the scientific evidence and logical reasons supporting creationism. Praise God for such a persuasive book and for His timeless truth in the Bible and creation.

Evolution: The Grand Experiment is an excellent resource to supplement your creation science curriculum. It can work for a wide range of ages, making it perfect for homeschoolers. It has enough pictures to pull in the younger readers, but not so much to put off the older children as being too childish.
