Ball-and-Stick
Ball-and-Stick is a brilliant air-dry clay modeling kit using pre-printed boards for children to work on. By following the color and number codes, your child will create vividly colorful clay animal creations using just two shapes, balls, and bars. The vibrant clay included in Ball-and-Stick is ultra-light, easy to work with, and will air-dry within 24 hours. There are four pictures your child will make: a dog, cat, owl, and hamster.

My five year old became February 7, 2015

My five year old became really frustrated with this product. From my understanding the clay is suppose to stick to the board but it did, which frustrated my daughter to no end. She hasn't touched it since. That being said I personally find it intriguing and can see it being a lot of fun. I will approach it again with her and see if I can get her interested in it again.

Clever and fun September 23, 2014
    Reviewer: Emily B.
My 4 year old son is using this product as part of the kindergarten curriculum. He enjoys it, and I think it's quite clever. There are four pictures in the box; each picture has outlines where modeling clay, in the form of a "ball" or a "stick", should be added to complete the picture. My son enjoys the cute pictures and learning how to manipulate the modeling clay. I like this activity because providing him with a partially completed picture gives him a starting point for his creativity, and I can see he feels accomplished when the picture is done.
