Ordinarily, I would tend to avoid alien-looking games, preferring realism to fantasy. But Capture the Gag is one incredible hide-and-seek game that your whole family will be eager to play over and over again. After splitting into two teams and discussing the parameters, each team hides the opposing team's gag.
Gags are brilliantly designed, multifaceted hiding creatures. Not only are they magnetic, but they can also clip, stick, or grab. Imagine the possibilities! A gag could be hidden inside the drapery, stuck to the side of a tub, hung off a metal hanger, or wrapped around a bed support. If you are short on space, assign each team a different bedroom to hide the gag in or, if you are in a multilevel home, assign each a different level to work in. Which team will find their gag first?
For moms with smaller, more easily frustrated children, hide the gags yourself and then turn the children loose to find their assigned gag. Designed as a party game, there are enough components for even larger home-school families. Capture the Gag is an active game, promoting physical activity even when the weather outside does not cooperate! Game contains a rule book, Godfrey gag (orange), Gabby gag (blue), team flags, and wristbands.
You and your friends split into two teams, put on your color wristbands, and unfurl your flag. Each team hides a Gag for the other team to find. Who will be the first to find the ultimate hiding creature?
