Our daughter Hope has taken on the nursery at church and has really become a Betty Lukens enthusiast. Small wonder, for she loved these felts as a child. Rearranging the Bible felts as we did devotions helped contain this somersaulting, wall-bouncing bundle of energy, giving her something constructive to do, while helping her understand the Bible stories. Now as a young adult she is seeing the benefits of a Bible felt program, especially for the wild and the restless.

The 600 characters and objects are printed in full color on high-quality felt and the artwork is outstanding. These are not flocked pictures, but actual air-brushed felt!

A teacher's manual to help you present the Bible in a three-year sequence (once a week) is also included. The teacher's manual contains two pictures for each story, memory verses, Scripture references, an alphabetical index, a numerical index of all the pieces, and additional helps.

The set is so versatile and complete that it can illustrate virtually every story in the Bible.

The File System is wonderful for storing and organizing your felts. Each 18" x 24" cardboard box is 2" deep. It contains velour sheets on which are printed the outline and number of each figure in numerical order.

Maybe you're asking yourself, "How can they do all this at such fantastic prices?" Because you cut all the figures out!! Yes, it is a lot of work, but with the money you save by buying it through us, you should be able to buy yourself a fairly decent pair of scissors!

This set is FANTASTIC! I have currently loaned my set to my daughter's Awana teachers to use in Cubbies - and they love it too. I think they're going to ask the church to purchase a set of their own (possibly the large set). Perhaps I read the "official" review wrong, but I had no idea just how HUGE and HELPFUL the teacher's manual is - not only does it tell you how to use the felts, it gives a narrative to read for each story (which is so very helpful if you're like me and have a hard time putting some of the "Bible words" and phrases into easier-to-understand language for little listeners), AND it even tells how to coordinate the "Bible in Living Sound" stories to go along with it! I highly recommend this set; and there's no way I would recommend it without the file box to hold the pieces in - there are just too many pieces to NOT have it.
