We're looking for reviews of items you purchased from Timberdoodle. Reviews should be 50 words or longer and give specifics about what you or your child liked/didn't like about the product reviewed. Each review must be unique and apply specifically to the product you are reviewing. Upon approval and publication of your review, the points are deposited into your account! Easy!
Reviews are welcomed and encouraged on any of our resources, but Doodle Dollar points will only be awarded for reviews of products that are priced at $5.00 or more.

How do I redeem points I've earned?
Redeeming points is easy!
- Once you've placed your order and it has shipped, your Doodle Dollars will be redeemable in about two to three weeks.
- To view your Doodle Dollars, simply go to Doodle Dollars.
- Enter the total amount (in points) you'd like to redeem below (20 points = $1).
- You're now ready to save on your next purchase. Upon placing your next order, your available Doodle Dollars will automatically be deducted from the total purchase amount.
Do I have to become a Registered Shopper to take advantage of the Doodle Dollars Rewards Program?
Yes. We know many people have concerns about sharing information with online companies and understand your desire to keep personal information just that, personal. However, our system can only track, assign, and apply points for users who are registered. Rest assured, however, that we do not sell, rent or distribute customer information to any third party.
I returned an item. Will points be deducted from my account?
Yes. The points earned for the purchase of an item are deducted if the product is returned.
My product review wasn't awarded points. Why not?
We love reading customer reviews and would like to publish all of them on our web site. However, there are a few reasons our editors choose not to award points for certain customer reviews. The most common reason is that we have no record of the item being purchased from us. In that case we'll let you know (with our thanks for the review) that if you'd like to get points for it you simply need to let us know how to find that order. Other times a review may not be descriptive enough to be helpful. For example, we sometimes receive product reviews that simply read, "Great book!" While we greatly appreciate the feedback, reviews should be descriptive enough to assist other customers in their decision-making process. To increase the likelihood that your review is awarded points please include details about what you liked or didn't like about the product being reviewed. Did you like the layout and look? What did you think about the colors? Does your little one enjoy playing with the item? What about you? Would you recommend it to a friend? We're looking for details in product reviews.
What standards should my review meet to qualify for Doodle Dollars Rewards?
We ask that the product name be included in the body of the review. We also ask that our customers proof read their reviews to check for spelling, grammar, and CApitalization errors. Reviews should also meet the following basic standards:
- Detailed description of product
- Why you like or don't like this product
- Detailed explanation on if you would or wouldn't recommend this product
- Was it worth the price
- How you use the product
Can I review each item in a set, like a Curriculum Kit?
We love your reviews, and would be delighted if you added a review to each of the items in your bundle. However, to keep our costs down (and prices low) we can only issue you Doodle Dollars once per package. IE: if you review our First Grade Curriculum as well as many of the components you can expect to get the full 20 to 50 points for reviewing a Complete Curriculum Kit but not the additional points for the component reviews. For other bundles you will always get credit for the review that earns you the most points and our unending gratitude for the rest!
Are Doodle Dollars refundable?
Once used, spent or applied to an order, Doodle Dollars cannot be "refunded" back to a user's account for any reason.
Can I use my points right away?
Points earned by writing approved reviews and submitting qualified bug reports can be used as soon as they are awarded. Points earned through purchases will become available two to three weeks after the order has shipped.
I applied points to my order during checkout but changed my mind. I want to save the points instead. What should I do?
Unfortunately, due to the nature of the software that tracks and assigns points, we are unable to modify, update or change point values for orders that have already been submitted to our system either online or through our call center. Nor are we able to "give back" points if an order was submitted with a point discount and you no longer want the discount.
Can I earn points from past orders?
You can receive points for purchases made up to two weeks prior to joining our
Doodle Dollars program! Simply send an e-mail to us firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll take care of the rest. Please be patient. Doodle Dollars may take up to seven business days to appear on your online timberdoodle.com account.
Points may only be earned or applied for orders originating from the Timberdoodle web site. Customers must choose to apply point discounts to orders during the checkout process. We are unable to apply point discounts to orders after they are submitted to Timberdoodle.com for processing and shipment. Mailed, faxed, and phoned in orders will not earn points in the program. Points may not be earned for orders placed more than two weeks prior to joining the program. This program is void where prohibited by law. Timberdoodle reserves the right to modify or cancel this program at any time and without cause or notice. Points are not redeemable for cash.
Can I share my points with a friend?
No. Doodle Dollars are nontransferable and are only valid for use by the person who registered.
