Didn't use this as much as I thought July 24, 2015

But still great! This came in our First Grade Bundle, to coincide with our Apologia Botany curriculum. I think when kids can see/feel/touch something, it will stick in their brains for so much longer. I thought this product was very well made and very well executed! That being said, we haven't used it very much. But I'm not ready to part with it yet, as I think it'll be a great resource for years to come.

Hands on: the BEST way to learn SCIENCE May 31, 2012
    Reviewer: whiteporchrocker
I used this in our church home school Biology labs. All the students used and studied this model instead of the illustrations offered in the text book. Hands on is GREAT! Each cell part is removable so it can be examined individually but better yet it all fits back together so students can see how each part fits into the whole. Worth the expense. Made well and will hold up if used by multiple students.
