Some of our biggest hits at last year's home school conferences were our startlingly lifelike 4D puzzles. These ingenious, museum-quality puzzles have been highly recognized for their authentic look, meticulous finishing, and fastidious painting, hence the fourth "D" denoting the detailed aspect to this three-dimensional puzzle. We ran out of puzzles before we ran out of customers, but before that happened, we "liberated" a couple of puzzles and kept them by the cash register to fiddle with during the slow times. The more we handled the pieces, the more impressed we became. Visiting children were fascinated and would remain at our booth, determined to master the puzzles.

While these amazingly realistic puzzles have a mere 20 - 30 interlocking pieces, they are still a challenge for children and adults alike. Because they can be put together and pulled back apart countless times, children love racing each other for the fastest completion time.

Handy for tossing in a purse or backpack for events when you need the children to be quiet, but constructive with their time. Because these puzzles contain small parts, they can be a choking hazard for younger children, but children 6 years and older will have hours of fun as they develop their visual and fine-motor skills.
